Safety at
Frank Residences

Protecting You and Your Family

In our community, we don’t take shortcuts when it comes to the safety of our residents and staff.

The entire community is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, especially the public areas like restrooms, elevators, and more. Our dining services are now open for residents and visitors with an enhanced plan to ensure the safest environment. Families enjoy visits in all areas of the community. Programs and activities are offered both in-person or virtually.

These are just some of the many concrete actions we’re continuing to put into place around both the Frank Residences community and the greater San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living. Through the collaboration and partnership of both our staff and residents, we’ve been able to prosper at a time when new challenges seem to appear with each passing week. And we will continue to assert this same level of dedication and care across every facet of our operations in order to keep this community as healthy and well as possible.

We appreciate each and every one of you for your support as we work to create an environment that protects the lives and liberties of those who call it home.

About COVID

Frank Residences is building a community together even during the pandemic. We opened our doors to welcome the
residents in September 2020, and we are growing and prospering as we build new friendships and rekindle some of the
old ones. Some of our residents have moved miles from their home of decades, some have moved cross country to be closer to their families.

We are grateful and happy to announce that Frank Residences has partnered with Walgreens early on to provide
vaccinations for the residents and staff starting in January, and the 3rd and final round of vaccine clinic is on February 24.

We continue to test the staff weekly and remain vigilant in the safety measures that include wearing masks, social
distancing, and avoiding large gatherings. Our Dining services are now open with enhanced Covid mitigation plans to ensure the safest environment. Families are enjoying their visits in our wonderful outdoor areas. Programs and activities are now offered both in-person or virtually.

Moving during the pandemic adds more challenges, but our residents are happy and safe now that they are here with
caring staff, and healthy environment. We hope you can join us soon!

Please sign up for a tour, we would be delighted to show you around.
