By pairing the outstanding skilled nursing offerings of the Jewish Home & Rehab Center with our innovative on-campus programs, we’ve created a continuum of care that spans from independent living to skilled nursing and beyond.
Our vibrant community provides access to the Byer Square amenity center, landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces, onsite stores, and a wide range of wellness and health services. We are a campus where older adults can age well, and families can enjoy time together in a warm, welcoming environment.
