Lynne & Roy M. Frank Residences consists of almost 200 beautiful new assisted living apartments and memory care suites and is part of San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living. Constructing these apartments is part of our larger vision to serve older adults and their families in new ways, helping them age greatfully.

Independent and assisted living apartments range from studios to two-bedroom with den. All memory care studios are private rooms with private bathroom. Frank Residences offers multiple restaurants, community gathering spaces, and outdoor gardens. Residents enjoy membership to Byer Square, a unique hub of activity, programs, and resources designed for successful aging that include a café, movie theater, performance center, an indoor therapy pool, fitness center and so much more. 

This is the most unique and comprehensive option for senior living  and the only campus of its kind in the entire Bay Area. We’re creating a campus where older adults can age well and where families can enjoy spending time together. Access to Byer Square, the gardens and outdoor spaces, stores, and all the health services available make life more engaging and more convenient. Another important advantage is that skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation are available on the same campus, and our health center, Jewish Home & Rehab Center, has a 5-star CMS rating for quality measures and staffing. Finally, over 150-year history of enriching the lives of older adults means we have a deep commitment and experience to care and community, which gives residents and their families confidence and peace of mind.

Frank Residences is a new addition to San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (“The Campus”), formerly known as the Jewish Home. The Campus continues to offer Skilled Nursing, Rehab and other clinical services to our community and will add almost 200 new homes when Frank Residences is complete.

No, everyone is welcome at Frank Residences. While we’re rooted in Jewish values and traditions, we place a high value on diversity – including ethnicity, religious affiliation, and gender preference.

Frank Residences charges a one-time $5,000 community fee, then a recurring monthly fee. There is no large upfront entrance fee or “buy-in.” 

The exact monthly fee you’ll pay depends on the level of care you need and the specific apartment you select. Frank Residences fees are competitive with other options in the area. For specific pricing, we invite you to call your Senior Living counselor at 415.562.2020.

Additional care can be brought to your apartment in Frank Residences. As a resident, you’ll have priority access to skilled nursing and rehab at Jewish Home & Rehab Center, which has a 5-star CMS rating for quality measures and staffing, and is right here on the campus. You’ll also have the option to access on-campus clinic services, care management, and advocacy to support you and your family.

Yes, we welcome pets and even have an outdoor space for dogs, however, it also depends on each resident’s level of independence. Please call the Preview Center at 415.562.2020 for details on our pet policy.

You get to choose whether you want casual bistro style at the Bakar Noshery, more formal at Ozzie’s or have a party at the private dining room.  Memory Care residents have their own dining room in their neighborhoods.  All are included in your monthly fee. 

Of course! Family and friends are always welcome to join you in Frank Residences. 

We provide 24/7 security staff on the campus, as well as cameras and monitoring. There is a state-of-the-art fire safety system, and you’ll have a wearable alert device that will function everywhere on the campus. There are also emergency call systems in each apartment.

You can reserve an apartment by meeting with our Senior Living Counselor to select your floor plan and pricing with a $5,000 fully refundable deposit while working on the applcation. Your deposit can be refundable if you change your decision for financial, medical or other reasons.
